Which course should we start with?
It depends on your AI maturity. If AI use is not yet framed in your company, start with the AI Charter workshop. If your teams already use AI without a method, begin with Prompting and AI literacy. If the tool is already rolled out, go straight to the training on your tool (Claude, Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT).
What is the difference between “Learn” and “Equip”?
Learn (Prompting and AI literacy) is the foundation course, independent of any tool: understand AI, master the fundamentals of prompting, use AI safely. Equip goes further: advanced prompting and custom assistants on the tool rolled out in your company. We recommend both, in that order.
Do participants need to code for the AI agent courses?
No. The AI agent courses (n8n and Copilot Studio) are designed for business profiles, on no-code platforms.
n8n or Copilot Studio: how do we choose?
If your company works within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse), Copilot Studio is the natural choice. With a mixed environment, n8n offers an open approach that connects your different tools.
How many participants per session?
Up to 15 participants in-house, ideally 8 to 12; 8 to 10 for building agents.
How does funding work?
Courses can be funded by your OPCO, depending on its criteria and once it has replied. We help you identify your OPCO and prepare the application. The AI Charter workshop is an advisory session, outside a training agreement.
