02 · what your teams learn

Four skills, practised on your HR files

The method is learnt on the team's real tasks, with the tool you have already deployed.

  1. 01

Setting up an assistant on your HR documents

Agreements, collective agreement, internal regulations: the assistant answers and cites its sources.

    • Create a project with your reference documents
    • Set its instructions: tone, sources to cite, limits
    • Test it on employees' real questions
  2. 02

Writing instructions the whole team reuses

The same level of quality from one HR officer to the next.

    • Structure an instruction: role, context, expected format
    • Build the HR team's prompt library
    • Automate recurring tasks with your tool's Skills, Gems or agents
  3. 03

Getting your exports and verbatims to talk

The HR data the team never has time to analyse.

    • Analyse an absenteeism or staff turnover export
    • Sort hundreds of open-ended answers by theme
    • Prepare a summary for the works council (CSE) or the executive committee
  4. 04

    Protecting personal data

The rules to apply before every use.

    • What can be shared with the tool, what must be anonymised
    • Your tool's privacy settings
    • The framework for AI-assisted recruitment

Every participant leaves with an assistant that works on a real HR file and the team's library of instructions.

03 · use cases

AI use cases in HR, practised during the training

Exercises on the files that take up the most time, with your documents anonymised if needed.

  • Recruitment

    Job ads and interview guides

A job ad written from the job description, then an interview guide structured by skill.

  • Employee relations

    An assistant on your agreements

It answers questions on leave, remote work or health insurance, with the source to back it up.

  • Internal surveys

    Verbatims sorted by theme

Hundreds of open-ended answers grouped together, with the quotes that illustrate each theme.

  • Skills

    A consolidated development plan

The needs raised in annual reviews, grouped by team and by priority.

  • Onboarding

An onboarding path for each role

The programme for the first weeks, built from your processes and the job description.

  • HR communication

    One announcement, several audiences

The same information adapted for managers, frontline teams and employee representative bodies.

05 · the framework

AI in HR, with a clear framework

The rules are set at the start of the training, before the first exercise.

  • Personal data

What gets anonymised, what never leaves, and the settings to switch on in your tool.

  • Recruitment

AI prepares, drafts and summarises. Selecting candidates remains a human decision, as the EU AI Act requires.

  • Shared rules

To set the framework across the whole company: the AI Charter workshop.

06 · frequently asked questions

Your questions about AI training for HR

Does the training use our own documents?

Yes. The scoping beforehand is used to choose your team's documents and use cases. Personal data is anonymised or replaced with realistic examples.

Which tool is the training run on?

On the tool you have already deployed: Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. If no tool has been chosen yet, we help you decide during the scoping.

Can AI be used to sort applications?

The training covers writing job ads, interview guides and summarising information. The EU AI Act classifies candidate selection systems as high-risk uses: the decision stays human, and the training explains this framework.

Can the training be funded?

Yes, by your OPCO, depending on its criteria. Formations dispensées par SAS Windoo (Groupe Windoo), organisme certifié Qualiopi au titre des actions de formation. We help you put the application together.

How many people can take part?

Up to 15 participants per session, in-house. Several sessions can be organised for a larger HR team.

And after the training?

Your teams can go further with building AI agents or training AI Ambassadors. To lead the approach across the whole company, Datajuba offers a Chief AI Officer part-time.

Which use will your HR team start with?

15 minutes with an expert to choose the tool, the first use cases and OPCO funding.
