Prompting and AI literacy training: the right reflexes for all your teams
The core course for all your staff. Understand generative AI, master the fundamentals of prompting, use AI safely and build solid prompts for each role. Your teams leave with reflexes they can apply the very next day.
in brief
The Datajuba Prompting and AI literacy course is a one-day (7-hour) in-house training course, open to everyone and independent of any tool, that teaches teams how generative AI works, a structured prompting method and the rules of safe use.

Detailed programme
A day in four parts, on your teams' real tasks.
Understand generative AI and its uses at work
- What generative AI is: principles, how it works, differences between a chatbot, a search engine and an AI assistant
- Overview of the tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity
- Capabilities, limits and risks: hallucinations, bias, reliability
- Concrete use cases: writing, summarising, research, document analysis, creativity
Master the fundamentals of prompting
- The principles of a good prompt: clarity, context, goal, role, constraints, format
- Common mistakes: vague instructions, missing context, unstated expectations
- The most useful prompt structures: simple, structured, with examples, step by step
- A method to improve your results: iteration, gradual refinement, reuse
Move on to advanced prompting and AI assistants
- Advanced techniques: breaking tasks down, chaining instructions, multi-step requests
- Produce better deliverables: tables, summaries, outlines, emails, minutes
- Understand AI assistants: custom instructions and specialisation
- Build solid prompts for each role: HR, sales, marketing, management
Use AI safely and make answers reliable
- Security and confidentiality issues: sensitive data, good practice
- Check quality: control prompts, spotting blind spots, human review
- Reliability reflexes: compare, test, challenge, ask for limits
- Final practice: guided exercises and an individual action plan
Why start with prompting and AI literacy?
Your teams are already trying AI, each on their own, with uneven results. A shared day gives them the same vocabulary, the same method and the same rules of caution: individual curiosity becomes a collective skill.
The course does not depend on the tool. It prepares the ground for what comes next: training on the tool you have chosen, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT, on the real use cases of each role.
Why is it the general entry point?
Because it is the only course that is useful to everyone, whatever the tool, the role or the starting level. It addresses the most common situation: teams that already use AI, but without a shared method.
It also avoids two false starts: training people on a tool before they know its limits, or circulating rules that no one knows how to apply. By the end of the day, everyone knows what an AI assistant does well, where it can go wrong and how to check what it produces.
What makes a good prompt?
A good prompt tells the AI which role to play, what you expect, how to go about it and what the result should look like. That is what the RISE method sums up, taught in Datajuba courses and explained in our article How to write an effective prompt (in French).
It rests on four pillars, clarity, context, constraints and examples, and is easy to remember with four letters:
- Role: the profile the AI should adopt, for example an employment lawyer or a customer service adviser.
- Intent: the goal of the request, who it is for and why it matters, not just the action expected.
- Steps: the approach to follow, in order, for a task with several stages.
- Examples: a sample of the format or tone you want, often clearer than a long explanation.
Who is the course for?
It is for all your staff, from the most curious to the most reluctant, with no technical prerequisites. The group's level is measured at the scoping stage, not assumed, and the exercises adapt to what we find. For teams that are already comfortable, we go straight to training on their tool.
Three situations are especially well suited:
- a company that is opening access to an AI assistant and wants everyone to start from the same foundation;
- mixed teams, where some use AI every day and others never;
- large workforces, trained in successive groups starting with a pilot group, before peer-to-peer roll-out.
How does it fit with the AI Charter and training on the tool?
The AI Charter sets the rules, AI literacy training teaches people to apply them, and training on the tool puts them into practice in the company's software. The three complement each other; the order depends on your situation.
If AI use is not yet framed, the AI Charter workshop comes first: the day then draws on your own rules, your approved tools and your sensitive data. If a charter already exists, the course makes it concrete, with examples, so that it does not remain a filed-away document few people have read.
Either way, the dated programme, attendance sheets and certificates are part of the AI literacy measures you can show under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, rewritten by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Prove your measures, not your intentions.
What comes after the course?
The next step is to move from the general method to the real tasks of each role, then to entrust a few relays with keeping good practice alive. On the management side, the Leading AI in your team course prepares your managers to pass on the charter and prioritise projects. The path continues like this:
- Equip: training by role group on the company's tool, where everyone sets up an assistant for their own tasks.
- Relay: the most engaged participants, often spotted during training, become your AI Ambassadors, one per team.
- Automate: the repetitive tasks that deserve it become AI agents, built with your Ambassadors.
- Steer: a Chief AI Officer part-time keeps the roadmap on track over time and measures the value achieved with you.
Where to start?
We join your organisation at any stage of maturity. Three entry points, depending on your situation.

Prompting and AI literacy: your questions
How much does the Prompting and AI literacy course cost?
From €2,500 excl. VAT per day per group of up to 15 participants, course design included. You receive a quote within 48 hours.
Are there any prerequisites for the course?
No. The course is for all staff, including those who have never used AI. We measure the group's level at the scoping stage to adapt the exercises.
Which tool is the course run on?
The method is independent of the tool. Participants practise on the AI assistant approved in your company; if your teams are already equipped, training on that tool may be a better fit.
Can the course be funded by the OPCO?
Yes, subject to your OPCO's criteria. Formations dispensées par SAS Windoo (Groupe Windoo), organisme certifié Qualiopi au titre des actions de formation. We help you put together the application.
Can the course be taken remotely?
Yes, in modules (remote half-days), at the same daily rate. A 2-day version focused on advanced prompting is also available.
What should we do after this course?
The next step is training on your teams' tool (Claude, Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT), by role group, on your real use cases.
