ChatGPT training: advanced prompting, GPTs and Projects for your teams
ChatGPT is often the first AI tool your employees tried, sometimes without much method. This training turns that spontaneous practice into a professional skill: advanced prompting, building custom GPTs, organising work in Projects. Every participant leaves with a GPT set up and ready to reuse.
in brief
Datajuba's ChatGPT training is a one-day (7-hour) in-house course that teaches teams to use ChatGPT on their own tasks: advanced prompting, custom GPTs with a knowledge base, and organising work with Projects.

Why train your teams on ChatGPT?
Your employees often discovered AI through ChatGPT, each on their own, sometimes on a personal account. That is normal, and it is not a problem. The point is no longer to try the tool out, but to turn those scattered trials into shared practice, on the company account and within rules everyone knows.
Training your teams on ChatGPT means teaching them to use it on their own tasks, with a common method and assistants set up for their role. What is built during the day stays in your company's workspace and can be shared between colleagues.
Why train on the business version of ChatGPT?
Because it is the one your teams will use every day, under your company's rules. A free or personal account does not offer the same possibilities: the features available, sharing between colleagues and the confidentiality terms differ from one plan to another.
On the business plan (Business, formerly Team, or Enterprise, depending on your contract), a GPT is an assistant you set up once: instructions, reference documents, a tone. It is then shared in your workspace, and everyone gets answers built on the same foundations. Training on this account means leaving with tools that are useful the next day, not exercises to redo at home.
What are the ChatGPT use cases by role?
The most useful cases are the ones that come up every week in a role: preparing, writing, summarising, comparing. Here are examples we work on in training, always from participants' real documents and with human review:
- Sales: turn meeting notes into a follow-up and a first draft of a proposal, to be checked before sending.
- HR: a GPT that answers internal questions on processes and agreements by quoting the exact passage; sensitive matters are still decided by the HR team.
- Finance and leadership: analyse budget variances line by line or prepare a report from several files, then review it.
- Legal: spot risky clauses in a long contract or compare two versions, always validated by a lawyer.
- Marketing: turn a white paper or a study into posts, newsletters and articles, in the brand's tone of voice.
ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini: how to choose?
The right tool is the one that fits your working environment and your data policy, not the one people talk about most. No software vendor pays Datajuba: we train on the tool you have chosen and help you choose when that is not yet done.
Several companies allocate licences in tiers: one tool for everyone, another for the teams that genuinely need it. Five criteria guide that choice:
- Your environment: Microsoft 365 often points to Copilot, Google Workspace to Gemini; ChatGPT and Claude are used alongside your office suite.
- The data to connect and how sensitive it is.
- Your user groups: everyday use, advanced users, future agent builders.
- The annual cost per user group: licences, usage, automations.
- The constraints set by your group and your IT department.
What should you prepare before the training?
Three things: a checked licence, usage rules and rules on data. We go through them with you at scoping, so that the day is spent practising, not sorting out access.
- The licence: each participant uses the company account; we check with your IT department the plan you have, the features enabled (GPTs, Projects, sharing) and any restrictions.
- The AI Charter: which tools are allowed, for what uses, by whom. If you do not have one yet, the AI Charter workshop sets it up in a single 2 to 2.5-hour session, with your management, IT department and HR.
- Data: what can go into ChatGPT, what must be anonymised, what stays out of the tool. These rules, like the training certificates, also help you evidence your AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as rewritten by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744.
And after the ChatGPT training?
After the training, new habits take hold through champions in each team, then by automating the tasks that deserve it. The most confident participants often stand out during the day: they are your future AI Ambassadors, one per team, who share the useful GPTs, gather needs and keep the charter alive.
When a task repeats from one tool to another (emails, CRM, files), the next step is an AI agent: AI agents on n8n teaches your Ambassadors to build them, without writing code. To keep up the pace over time, a Chief AI Officer part-time prioritises projects with you and measures the value actually delivered.
Which training should you choose for your tool?
Train your teams on the tool they already have. Same format for all four: one day per group, from €2,500 excl. VAT.

From €2,500 excl. VAT per day per group of up to 15 participants, course design included. You receive a quote within 48 hours.
Does each participant need ChatGPT Business or Enterprise?
Yes, the training takes place on your company account, so that the GPTs and Projects created stay in your workspace. We check your plan and its features with you before the session.
Can the training be funded by an OPCO?
Yes, subject to your OPCO's criteria. Formations dispensées par SAS Windoo (Groupe Windoo), organisme certifié Qualiopi au titre des actions de formation. We help you put the application together.
Can the training be done remotely?
Yes, in modules (remote half-days), at the same daily rate. The training can be delivered in English or in French.
ChatGPT or Claude: which training should you choose?
The one for the tool your teams already have. Claude is often preferred for analysing long documents and for writing in French; ChatGPT covers a very wide range of uses. The right choice depends on your teams' tasks.
