02 · what your teams learn

Four skills, practised on your accounts

Every exercise starts from a real account of your sales team and your own offers.

  1. 01

Preparing a meeting from reliable sources

An account brief built from verifiable sources.

    • Gather the website, news, annual report and CRM history
    • Bring out the account's likely priorities
    • Prepare the discovery questions
  2. 02

Setting up an assistant on your offers and references

It knows your catalogue and talks like your best salespeople.

    • Create a project with your offers, case studies and sales arguments
    • Prepare answers to the objections that keep coming up
    • Rehearse the meeting in a role play with the AI
  3. 03

Turning meeting notes into a follow-up

What was said and promised no longer gets lost.

    • Write the follow-up e-mail from the meeting notes
    • Produce a first draft of the proposal on your templates
    • Prepare the CRM update, for review
  4. 04

    Protecting customer data

The rules to apply before every use.

    • What can be shared with the tool, what stays in the CRM
    • Your tool's privacy settings
    • The information covered by your confidentiality agreements

Every participant leaves with a working sales assistant and instructions ready for their next meetings.

03 · use cases

AI use cases for sales, practised during the training

Exercises on the tasks that take up the most time for a sales team.

  • Prospecting

    One outreach message per account

Personalised from the prospect's latest news and the offer that fits them.

  • Tenders

    The specification broken down

The requirements listed, then a first response outline with your references.

  • Key accounts

    An up-to-date account plan

Contacts, history and opportunities brought together in an action plan.

  • Management

    The pipeline export analysed

The deals that are stalling, the follow-ups to make and the gap to target.

  • Objections

    A rehearsal before the meeting

The AI plays a demanding buyer, the salesperson sharpens their answers.

  • Proposals

A first draft ready for review

Built on your templates, from the meeting notes and the need expressed.

05 · the framework

AI for sales, with a clear framework

The rules are set at the start of the training, before the first exercise.

  • Customer data

What can be shared with the tool, what stays in your CRM, and the information covered by your confidentiality agreements, which never leaves.

  • Prospecting and GDPR

Outreach messages stay within the rules for business prospecting set by the GDPR and the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. AI drafts, the salesperson reviews before every send.

  • Shared rules

To set the framework across the whole company: the AI Charter workshop.

06 · frequently asked questions

Your questions about AI training for sales teams

Does the training use our own accounts?

Yes. The scoping beforehand is used to choose real accounts, offers and templates. Sensitive information is replaced with realistic examples if needed.

Which tool is the training run on?

On the tool you have already deployed: Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. If no tool has been chosen yet, we help you decide during the scoping.

Is the AI connected to our CRM?

During the training, the exercises use exports from your CRM. A direct connection comes under building AI agents, on n8n or Copilot Studio.

Can the training be funded?

Yes, by your OPCO, depending on its criteria. Formations dispensées par SAS Windoo (Groupe Windoo), organisme certifié Qualiopi au titre des actions de formation. We help you put the application together.

Should sales managers take part?

We recommend it: they are the ones who will keep the new practices alive in the team. A session dedicated to managers is also possible.

And after the training?

Your AI Ambassadors can learn to build agents that automate repetitive tasks, such as enriching prospect records and sending follow-ups. To lead the approach across the whole company, Datajuba offers a Chief AI Officer part-time.

Which sales task will you give AI first?

15 minutes with an expert to choose the tool, the priority use cases and OPCO funding.
