How do you choose the right task to automate?

The ideal candidate is a recurring, time-consuming and well-defined task. Three questions to recognise it:

  1. Does the task take up more than 5 hours a week?
  2. Does it follow a process that can be documented?
  3. Is the cost of an error limited, or can a human check be built in?

frequently asked questions

AI agents: your questions answered

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

Traditional automation follows a fixed script; a chatbot answers questions without acting on your systems. An AI agent understands a request in natural language, decides what to do and acts on your tools (CRM, email…), with a human check at sensitive steps. To find out more: AI agent or chatbot, what is the difference (in French).

Which tools do the agents work with?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, Make, n8n, Zapier and most tools that have an API. If your tool is not on the list, we look at feasibility together.

How do we set up an agent in our organisation?

Two routes: your teams build it during an AI agent training course (on n8n or on Copilot Studio), or our experts design a custom agent with you, on quote. Either way, we start from a specific pain point and a written scope before building anything.

Do we need an in-house technical team?

No. What you mainly need is a business lead who knows the process to automate well, and someone who owns the agent over time. AI Ambassadors trained in building agents often take on this role.

Does my data stay confidential?

The AI providers we work with commit not to use your data to train their models, and access to your tools stays separated and revocable. Sensitive data is only used with your approval.
